## The Beginnings

The Btracking story begins in 2008 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our first product was an app for transmitting real time GPS locations of BlackBerry device users, and a mapping platform to display those locations on a desktop PC. Eventually moving into total fleet management, Btracking today is a global player in the telematics industry. 

 In 2016, the company was acquired by a private family business, Nexcelerate, LLC, and its headquarters relocated to Danbury, CT and then to Somers, NY, USA.

## Why We're Different

Btracking and its partners design and manufacture innovative, high-quality GPS telematics hardware and software products and solutions for fleet management, asset tracking, vehicle tracking, and IoT with a diversified cross-industry customer base with mid-sized fleets.

Btracking is unlike any of our competitors. We offer three fleet management GPS tracking platforms, matching customer need with precisely the right solution. We and our primary partner design our own hardware, allowing us to better serve you, the customer, as we have control over the device capabilities and features. We also offer name-brand hardware and software to complete our offering.

Most of all, we provide outstanding service. We respond to customers immediately. Our knowledgeable staff is US-based and entirely engineers and technicians. We know our customers by name.
