Btracking offers a 30 day money back guarantee on hardware devices (excluding AirTrackers). If you are not completely satisfied with our product or service for any reason and do not wish to continue, you may return the devices, _**to a maximum of 2 devices of each type/model**_, for a refund within the first 30 days from the ship date. There is NO refund on Subscriptions.

**To request a device refund:**

* Email us at [support@btracking.com](mailto:support@btracking.com), or Click the Help or Chat button on this website, or Call us at [(866) 233-0953](tel:8883502827), Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm ET excluding holidays to confirm device(s) are eligible to return.
* Device(s) must reach us within 30 days from the day the device was shipped to you.
* Ship your device(s) to Btracking, 340 US-202, Somers NY 10589-3237 USA
* You MUST provide a tracking number.
* If the device is lost in transit, you are responsible for the cost of the device. With a tracking number we might be able to track it down.
* Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt for us to test and verify that your device is in good working order and is eligible for the money back guarantee.

**A device returned with any of the following conditions is NOT eligible for the money back guarantee:**

* A device that is damaged, scratched, dirty, or marked in any way
* A device that has been opened, unless you have been specifically directed to do so by us
* A device showing evidence of tampering
* A device for which software has been edited or changed in any way by anyone other than Btracking
* A device that has been used for a purpose for which it is not intended or designed for

Once verified, your refund will be issued to you within 5 business days. If we determine your device(s) are not eligible for a refund, we will return those to you (at your expense) if you choose.
